Shipping Policy

  • Sameday Delivery
    1. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) will be shipped and delivered on the same day
    2. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day
  • Instant Delivery
    Orders will arrive within 2-4 hours after payment is completed, depending on distance and traffic conditions
  • Regular Free Shipping
    1. Standard delivery generally takes 2-3 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the courier service and destination. Estimated delivery times by courier:
    2. JNE Regular (REG): 1–2 business days
    3. JNE YES: 1 business day
  • Store Pickup (Click & Collect)
    Customers choosing Store Pickup may collect orders at the selected store once payment status is marked as Completed
    If the order is not picked up within 7 days, we will arrange delivery to the customer’s registered shipping address

Exchange & Return Policy

  • Exchange/Return Period
    Exchange or return requests must be made within 7 days from the date the item is received and meet all conditions stated in this policy
  • Valid Reasons for Exchange/Return
    Customers may request an exchange or return if:
    1. The size is too small or too large
    2. The color does not match the order
    3. The item received is not what was ordered
    4. The product has physical damage
    5. The product has a functional defect
    6. These conditions are aligned with our standard exchange and return guidelines as outlined on our FAQ page
  • Exchange/Return Conditions
    Items must be:
    1. Unused and unworn
    2. In original condition with tags and packaging
    3. Returned with a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video
    4. A continuous unboxing video (without cuts or pauses) is mandatory for all exchange or return requests; we reserve the right to reject requests that do not include the required video. (saucony.co.id)
  • Exchange Options
    1. Exchange for the same-priced item is allowed
    2. Exchange to a higher-priced item is allowed with additional payment
    3. Exchange to a lower-priced item is not allowed
    4. Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Shipping Cost for Exchanges/Return
    1. Customer Preference Exchange: If the exchange is due to personal preference (e.g., size change or model choice), all shipping costs for pickup, return, and redelivery are fully covered by the customer.
    2. Product Issues / Our Error: If the exchange is due to a defect, damage, functional failure, or an error on our part, all shipping costs will be fully covered by us
